Yura Keikan (花開院ユラ Keikan Yura) is one of the main characters of Next Generation: Pokémon Fairytales series. She is a Junior Pokémon Trainer on her second year in the Pokemon Special Talent Academy and the childhood friend of Teito. She is the newly fifth strongest Level 5 Magician in the Academy. She is the daughter of Cheren Keikan and White Blair as well the heiress of the Keikan Clan.
Yura joins the newly reformed Theater Club, now known as the Magus Theater Club, after being accidentally dragged by Teito. Although, she refused the offer of joining at first until Mukuro convinces her, thus she joins after having a second thought of taking care of Teito, much to his dismay.
